I LOVE to cook! Cooking good things for my family makes me happy. I also am addicted to entering sweepstakes and playing on Club Pogo. Anything that does NOT include what I refer to as the "TRINITY OF EVIL "! That would be... mayonaise,mushrooms,or mustard! I love to cook things from around the world. Unfortunatly my family was not much on writing dowm there recipes. So I can only guess how my grandmother and mother prepared the foods that I used to love. So now, I have made it a point to write down all of my recipes so my children and grandchildren will have them. What better way to live on in their memories long after I'm gone. I had one my recipes printed in the 2003 Southern Living Cook-Off cookbook. It was for my chicken scampi recipe. As a young wife, I liked to cook new things. I saw a recipe for a salmon loaf that looked good. So I thought, Hmmm, let me try canned tuna instead. Let me just say, we had pizza that night!
