I followed this as written except, I had a 10lb. bag of chicken hind quarters (leg/thigh. Thawed them and cut at the joint and skinned them. This gave me 20 pcs and I adjusted the recipe for that amount. I sprayed a lg metal shallow baking pan I have and arranged the chicken. I poured mixture over coating all pcs and then baked at 350 for 45 min. This chicken was to die for!! The market chicken was on special for .29 per lb!! So, the meat cost was $2.90 and I had everthing else on hand. Not only was it awesome it was extremely cost effective. The whole family wants it made again only in a much larger quantity for an upcoming family function. Thank you, it will be used here I can see many times again!!
