First time I've ever made cinnamon rolls...and they turned out GREAT!! Next time...and there WILL be a next time:)...I will try to roll tighter and cut the rolls out by using string around the roll. The cutting part was a bit messy and I had to put it back together somewhat when I was laying the rolls on the tray. But after resting and then baking...They looked fabulous. They were nice and fluffy and tasted great. Followed the recipe exactly.

I made a couple changes but wanted to post review for those who were thinking of doing the same...I used Hidden Valley Ranch mix instead of Italian and used plain white bread. I had one that I toasted and one non-toasted(prefer this way MUCH more). Even with changes, I found this to be very tasty. I will be making this again and am looking forward to using Italian mix next time.

These turned out wonderful. The only thing I changed was that I omitted the nuts and put only 1 and 3/4 cups of chocolate chips. I cooked them for 14 mins. and that seemed to be perfect for my oven, making them light golden brown on the bottom. When they cooled off they were light and chewy...perfect. I will make this one again.
