This is so bland, its ideas are good but just no flavor especially for Thai food. I even tried to spice it up like someone else recommended and it just wasn't there. Sorry.

We caught over 70 salmon this year so we're always looking for new recipes and this one is on top. We LOVE it!!! It goes great with fried rice.

I have been making this recipie for probably 6 years now, it was a hit in college and now it's a hit for my husband and kids! They love it, the only thing I change is the pudding, I use white chocolate or cheesecake! Often times I make 1/2 batch with choclate pudding and 1/2 batch with white choclate pudding and swirl them for an awesome swirl cookie. Also a great additive is a little powdered sugar on top right when they come out of the oven. Overall it's an awesome recipe!!!
