Roasted Mixed Nuts
I HAVE BEEN BAKING FOR 51 YEARS. I DID NOT CARE FOR THIS. I EVEN DOUBLED THE NUTS TO 2 LBS, THEN DID EVERYTHING ELSE AS DIRECTED. tHE PAN WAS A HUGH PUDDLE OF GLUE, SO I BAKED IT A LITTLE LONGER. IN ORDER TO GET THE NUTS OUT OF THE PAN I HAD TO KEEP PUTTING IT BACK INTO THE OVEN TO WARM A BIT. THE TASTE IS NOT GOOD, THOU I LOVE RANCH DRESSING WITH OIL AND DILL ON OYSTER CRACKERS FOR A SNACK. lADIES DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR THE EXPENSE OF THE NUTS.

Great Pumpkin Dessert
This was absolutely delicious. I used Spice cake mix instead of yellow cake. As I had made this early in the day, I served it cold with cool whip that evening. IT WAS MUCH BETTER THE SECOND DAY. Just reheat till warm and serve with vanilla ice cream.
