Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
All I can say is...WOW! Thanks for the recipe! The only change I made was to add Southern Comfort instead of actual whiskey, since we were out. I have been searching for a good BBQ sauce for years, and now I have found the perfect one! This is definitely a make again!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Baked Polenta with Fresh Tomatoes and Parmesan
What a nice take on polenta! Goes great with beef or rabbit stew!

White Russian Brownies
I give this 4 stars, since I made a mistake and forgot to add the baking powder...however the result was fantastic! A very moist and chewy brownie!
