Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Basic Crepes

So easy to prepare & it goes great with a savory chicken stuffing ... I found that if you add the flour to beaten eggs a little at a time you get a really smooth batter and easy to manage.

This recipe worked out wonderfully...I've already made it twice this holiday season and got the praises of my family's veteran cook great grandmom. The only thing I changed was using mini vanilla wafers and actually mixed some in with the pudding to give it a little extra somethin'... can't wait to make it again
