These definitely have 5-star taste but I have to deduct a star just because they are a pain to make. I used dried cranberries and pecans, no jam. I might try some chocolate chips next time.

I made them as mini muffins and followed the directions on the box for the brownies. If you are having problems with the paper liners sticking to the brownie, try spraying the inside of them with a little cooking spray.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

These were great! I used vanilla extract because I'm not a big fan of almond. I also did not use the glaze and just dusted them with confectioners sugar. Still tasted great!

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

This was an overwhelmingly average cookie. I've tried it two or three times and have gotten a flat, nothing special, cookie that gets stale in about a day even when sealed in an airtight container. I guess I'll just keep looking for a recipe that suits my taste.
