Lime Fish Tacos
Excellent recipe. I soaked the fish in lime juice and fresh cilantro for about 30 min before cooking. The sour cream sauce is all about the hot sauce. At first I thought it was bland, but when I added a generous splash of hot sauce, the flavor really came alive. It went perfectly with the lime and cilantro flavors.
