Lavonne's Scrumptious White Wine Chicken
Easy, lite, and flavorful. We served with brown basmati rice and steamed broccoli after broiling the chicken for one minute. This browned the chicken nicely. Next time we might cook the rice in the juices.

Beef-Stuffed Squash
This was simply amazing. Like other reviewers I cooked the squash for the 50 minutes both prior to adding the beef and during the glazing. I also doubled the amount of glaze. The taste was great and I am happy to say we have a new family favorite!

Sweet Barbecue Sandwiches
I loved this recipe! The taste was just perfect. Next time I am going to try it with shredded beef instead of ground but I wouldn't change anthing else.
