Soooooo easy!! Absolutely yummy! Made it for a small party and it was a big hit!! Secret for serving apple chunks, after cutting them up, put them in a bowl of cold water and lemon juice for a few seconds before putting them out on a platter or in a bowl-they didnt turn brown all evening (grapefruit worked when I was out of lemon!)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I made this for dinner tonite, and miscalculated - making too many fillets, however, it is GONE! My daughter who didn't even want to try it because "Fish is disgusting!" even had seconds once I got her to try it! I'll definitely be making this one again!
