Chicken Fajita Melts
This was AWESOME!!! The only thing I did different and it was awesome.... was I added a "plop" of cream cheese. I made some extra. Because with the extra I make chimichangas out of it. But I reheat on a skillet pan and add the microwave rice till warm. I put the contents into a wrap and then make the wrap into a burrito put butter on the outside of the wrap and put it on a griddle and fry em up till crispy on both sides. Top with cheese on the side that was just fried and serve with sour cream and salsa.. or anything else you like.

Banana Banana Bread
This bread is awesome! There is not one thing that I would change about it! dont put more bananas in there then told to do. I did that once and it seemed like the bread was not cooked all the way but it was all the bananas in there that made it seem that way.

Seven Layer Taco Dip
The next time I use this recipe I wont mix the sour cream with cream cheese. I like them separated. Also with the left overs since I had alot. I made some taco beef and then put then beef in the burrito and the 7-layer dip inside the burrito. Buttered the outside of the burrito and put it on the skillet. It was GREAT!
