I am African American 48 I love to cook, I didn't always but I do now. I love to expereiment and try new recipes. With just two people in the house it's hard to cook a lot of food, for fear it will go to waste. I sell pies and cookies all kinds of sweets people seem to love them. My Caramel Apple Pie is one of the top sellers. I have 1 son and two grandchildren. I've lived in Nebraska all my life. I love people, and have a great sense of humor =) I love to cook anythink on the grill. There is nothing better to me then a meat on the grill. I like chicken and beef. I also love salmon and shrimp. I love to make easy meals, and I love a challenge every now and again. I just love to cook period. I really don't have any family traditions =( I've mastered the art of cooking fall off the bone ribs on the grill, and my famous Carmel Apple Pie I've never had any tragedies, just some hits and misses; no real tragedies =) Everything I've ever made has been edible.
