No one in my family likes white gravy, but I gave it a try anyway. Everyone gobbled it up and ceased complaining!! I used buttermilk with water rather than milk, simply b/c that's what I had on hand. Turned out yummy and rich (did have to add 1/2 c more of mixture).

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Absolutely delicious and fun! If you want to make it a bit less messy, just spread the sauce on the inside of the bread rather than drizzling over the top.

Barbecued Beef Cubes or Hamburger

Not great...Not horrible. Honestly it tasted more like sloppy joe meat over rice. If you're looking for a good sloppy joe recipe, this one would work!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

I've never cooked with red wine before...but I don't think I will be trying it again. The recipe was fun and easy to make, however, my husband and I simply did not like the overall flavor.
