Cream of Sweet Potato Soup
I used 2 large sweet potatoes and microwaved them for 15 minutes to cut down on time, a 32 oz. box of chicken broth, and added 1/4 tsp. of ground ginger. I also added 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter. No cream needed! Total cooking time was less than 30 minutes. Delicious!! Will make again soon!

Spinach Minestrone
Delish! I added a can of canellini beans instead of the pasta and it turned out wonderful! Will make again soon!

Golden Potato Soup
Fabulous soup! I used 8oz. shredded cheddar cheese instead of american cheese, and it was the best potato soup I've even made! It's very thick and hearty, perfect for a winter soup. Thank you!
