Strawberry Cake IV

Delicious moist cake. Was a real hit with the family. I used frozen strawberries that I had recently picked. I had to freeze most the cake to keep me from eating it all!! Niblet

The best pound cake I have ever made. This will be the only pound cake recipe I will use over and over again. I loved how the outside of the cake didn't get that dark cause of the low oven tempurature. Thanks for sharring your prise winning cake Carole. From Niblet

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Hi Coleen, I made this wonderful recipe with frozen mixed berries (blackberries, rasberries and blueberries). I didn't thaw them, I just mixed them in frozen and it still turned out great. The best muffin recipe ever!! Thanks a lot, Niblet

Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake I

Plum Blueberry Upside Down Cake

Hi Dina, This was a great cake!! I used all blueberries cause I didn't have any plums on hand, and it turned out great. It was a tad too sweet only because the blueberries I used were the wild kind and were very sweet on there own. I will try this recipe with all kinds of berries as the season progresses.
