Married with 4 grown children and a 16 year old at home. I have dry spells with cooking, its very wet right now. I am enjoying discovering all the recipes on this website. It is very very late right now and I am going to bed. Will finish this another time.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
We tried this because it was very easy. It was also very good. I also added more bleu cheese. Am going to try with 1/2 and 1/2 next time.

Spicy Pimento Cheese Sandwiches with Avocado and Bacon
I doubled this recipe and forgot to get cream cheese so I added more mayo. I rated this 5 stars cause I don't see how homemade pimento cheese can get any better. The jalapeno pepper flavor made it
