Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken
After reading a lot of reviews, this is what I did. I had a 4.91 lb chicken and cooked it at 350 for 1hr 40min in an oven bag. Before I cooked it, I cut off all the skin, then in a small bowl mixed all the ingredients with the olive oil (I doubled everything). then I poured in on the chicken and rubbed it in with my hands. My husband and I both LOVED this chicken. It was even better the next day as leftovers.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Slow Cooker Stuffing
I don't like stuffing. I made this because my husband likes stuffing. I ended up actually having seconds of this stuff! Changes made... first we halved the recipe, and for the chicken broth we only used about a cup.
