Zesty Porcupine Meatballs
I'd never heard of porcupines until a couple of days ago, but apparently my husband grew up on them, so I had to try it out. I added 1/2tsp of minced garlic and subbed a can of tomato sauce for the second can of soup. These are much better than I thought they would be! Am considering this recipe as filling for stuffed peppers or cabbage rolls since I think the seasoning is great.
