Easy and yummy, can't beat that! The meat literally fell off the bone as I transfered the turkey to a serving platter. The sandwiches where even better the next day. Thanks Eating Indy!!

Holy moly, this is the BEST roast I have ever made. And so easy, I couldn't believe it. I rubbed the roast with salt, pepper, rosemary and minced garlic. I followed the cooking instructions exactly even though I only used a 2 lb roast. My husband (who is extremely picky and rarely eats anything I make) said it was the best roast he has ever tasted. He loved it. It was very moist and had the perfect pink center. Thanks so much for submitting Lyn B!!! You've made me very happy.

I am rating it 5 stars for the sheer simplicity of this recipe. And it is tasty! I cooked some chopepd onion with the meat, tossed in some red, yellow and green peppers with everything else (any chance to add more veggies) and used italian style stewed tomatoes. I also doubled the tomatoe sauce. My 2 yr old loved it which is a surprise in itself! Thanks for posting.
