Bacon Wrapped Brown Sugar Smokies Dipping Sauce
Instead of bbq sauce i used chili and it was a great sauce but not needed. I made it for a bunch of guys who ate the smokies as is and loved it. I will definitely find another use for this simple but delicious sauce.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
The basic recipe is good but i modified the recipe to improve it. Instead of mayo i opted for sour cream, heating slowly on the stove top. I increased the amount of jalapenos to 4 ounces and added 2 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp of paprika, salt, and white pepper.

Clone of a Cinnabon
I made this recipe for my boyfriend and his brothers and they raved about it. Even his picky younger brother fell in love with the soft roll and amazing frosting. I used a bread machine but let the dough rise in the oven. Heat your oven to 200 degress and turn it off and place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a moist towel. Leave for about an hour to double in size. I followed previous advice and added 1/4 granulated sugar to the filling and increased the butter and cinnamon as well for ample filling. I lined my baking pan with a sheet of parchment paper to make removal easier. I let them rise again in the oven for about a half hour. Baking the rolls at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes produced wonderfully golden moist buns. I had no need to double the frosting recipe. My boyfriend wants to know when I can make it again and says "You were wrong. It's better then a Cinnabon" You can't beat that!!!
