Although I enjoy eating good food, I never did a lot of cooking until recently. Luckily my boyfriend likes to cook and I enjoy cooking with him.

Radish Dip
Everyone loves this recipe. We always make it for parties and we get lots of compliments. I've started calling it my "husband's famous radish dip" cause it has become quite well known. My husband decided to add dill to this recipe...not a good idea. We just need to find the perfect chips to go with it.

Grilled Radishes
This was a pretty unique recipe and we are always looking for new ways to use radishes. I feel like something is missing, but I think this recipe could be incredible. I love garlic, but the garlic was a little overpowering. We will make this again, but need to figure out something to add. Maybe another spice or we thought this might be good mixed with some other vegetables.

Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens
We were so happy when we found this recipe. We had no idea that you could eat the beet greens. We grow our own beets and it is great to use all of it. To me, the greens tasted a little bit like spinach. We basically followed the recipe exactly. We used red onions. I think next time we will make the amount of onions more equal to the amount of greens. The onions added a nice sweetness that balanced the greens.
