Buttermilk Corn Bread

Oh my goodness, amazing! I didn't have buttermilk, so I substitued 1/2 with milk + vinegar and 1/2 with plain yogurt. Doubled the recipe and made it in my new skillet. Delicious.

Swiss Cheese Potato Pancakes
