Super Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

We liked this very much. I added a can of sliced carrots, some garlic and onions, and a sprinkle of parsley. Yum!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I have a bunch of broccoli in the garden to use up so I thought I would try this. A bit too much vinegar for my taste. But it definately needs to be made in advance. Tastes much better the next day. I also added sunflower seeds.

Kielbasa Alfredo

This was pretty good. Not sure how the flavors would be together. But we love kielbasa and alfredo sauce separately so I decided to try it. Will definitely make again. This was a very quick meal!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Usually side dishes are no big deal, but this was AMAZING!!! So yummy. I only used about 1 tablespoon of parm (all I had). I also added some garlic powder and pepper. Salt was not needed due to the chicken broth. My husband does not like boxed rice but LOVED this. He thinks it would be good with vegetables like peas. Will make again and again.

Pull-Apart Bacon Bread

This is awesome!!! I've been making this for a couple of years. I get requests for the recipe everywhere I take it. I have tried it with chopped deli ham instead of bacon.

Chicken Piccata II

This was very good. I took the advice from another review to use the flour, egg, flour process. The coating really did stay on MUCH better. I will try adding lemon pepper seasoning and more garlic to the coating to pump up the flavor next time.

Parmesan Knots

These are good but need some work. Next time I will definitely use melted butter instead of all of that oil and try it without the parmesan (hubby doesn't like it) and much more garlic!

Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This was awesome! I did not use pecans in the stuffing. As suggested in other reviews, I breaded the outside of the chicken. Mixed a little milk in with the soup to thin it up a bit. I used three very large chicken breasts. They took almost an hour to cook. Although this recipe takes some time to put together, it is definitely worth making on the weekends. Served it with glazed carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy.

This is so easy and fun! You can use any sugar cookie dough. I made these to take to work. One girl even refused to eat them, she said she couldnt eat something that looked so gross.

Kickin Stuffed Peppers

I have been making this recipe for about a year now. I use mild banana peppers instead of the jalapeno and make them on the grill. My husband can't get enough of them. The filling is so simple with awesome flavor!

Gooey Bars

Very easy to make. I didn't have enough powdered sugar but I made it anyway. I didn't think it turned out but everyone raved about it and asked for the recipe. I will make sure to have enough powdered sugar BEFORE I start the recipe next time!

Garlic Bread Fantastique

This was very good! I didn't have sage so I skipped it. Cut the oregano in half, but I still thought it was over-powering and will probably use even less next time. Will also try shredded mozzarella cheese next time. YUM!

Mama's Best Broiled Tomato Sandwich

This was delicious! I did not marinate the tomatoes. I just thought it would be too much moisture. I substituted fresh basil for the seasonings in the mayo. I spread the mixture on toast and broiled it. Then topped it with fresh tomato slices. Yum!

Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

I halved the recipe and cut boneless chicken into strips. Marinated for 30 minutes, threaded onto skewers and cooked on the George Foreman for 5 minutes. Served with seasoned rice mix. Excellent! Can't wait for warmer weather to cook this on the gas grill. Excellent.

Orange Glaze for Ham

I halved the recipe and used it on ham slices that I had heated in a skillet. The glaze thickened nicely and my family devoured the ham.
