I would rate this a 4 as written, but a 5 with the addition of cinnamon and vanilla extract. I used a muffin tin, which cut the baking time to a half hour. Definitely more 'banana-y' than most banana bread recipes - very handy when you have a lot of aging bananas!

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

I'm giving this 5 stars because my husband, who is not a big dessert person, asks me to make this at least a couple of times a week. Adding a Tbsp of butter at the end makes a big difference in taste. Super easy!!!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

First time I used a slow cooker and it turned out great. Cooked 2lbs ribs on low for 6 hours. Ribs were more than done. Forgot to get BBQ sauce at store - used double recipe of Debi K's BBQ sauce from this site. My 9 year old said "Why haven't you made this before?"

15-Minute Marinated Chicken

I give this 4 stars because my finicky 8 year old ate this without complaining, but I thought it was heavy on the mustard. I added 1+ T of honey and some extra lemon juice. Next time I would use less than the 1/4 cup mustard.
