Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
This is a good base recipe and was VERY easy to follow, but it lacked flavor for me. Granted, I did not have the steak seasoning, but I don't think that alone would have fixed the blandness. I think next time I will use broth instead of water and play with some other spices and add more garlic at the end.
But for my first time EVER making mashed potatoes from scratch, this recipe was perfect!
