Merritt's Butternut Squash Gratin
Maybe I did something wrong- There didn't seem to be enough cheese at all...the topping was good but the squash was pretty bland. I wanted it to be more flavorful.

Cucumber and Dill Pasta Salad
Good base - add 1 clove of garlic, 1 extra TBSP of white vinegar and 1/4 extra tsp black pepper. Gave it more zip. It does increase in flavor as it sits so don't panic!

Better Slow Cooker Robust Chicken
Delicious! Very strong flavor so it is not for folks that like bland food. But my husband, a very picky eater, declared it "awesome!"
