Honey Walnut Shrimp
This was pretty darn exceptional! I have a restaurant near me that sells this as an entree and I absolutely LOVE it! This is a GREAT recreation of it! The only suggestion that I would make would be to use less honey. With less honey this would be exactly like Hunan's!

Garlic Chicken
This was a VERY good dinner! I had all the ingredients at home, which was EXACTLY what i was looking for since I dont have much right now...Technically, I didn't have the bread crumbs but I made my own for the first time and succeeded very well. The only changes to the recipe that i made were adding my usual spices (onion adn garlic powder, red pepper flakes, celery salt, italian seasoning, salt, pepper...). I processed it all up and it was delicious. Oh, and i also used fresh parsley. The only problem that I had with the recipe was that the breading started to burn after about 10 minutes, i came back 10 minutes later and it was VERY close to being a lost meal. had to turn off the oven so that I could still eat. I dont know if this was due to the fact that my breadcrumbs were homemade or may too wet, but still...Otherwise, this was an excellent meal! My dad loved it and rated it as his top 5 all-time meal. and if I do say so myself, thats pretty good!

Tomato Basil Chicken
This was awesome! I'm a poor college student and I didn't have all the ingredients (as specified) so I improvised. Instead on using the cans, I used maybe 3 cups of tomatoes and instead of rice pilaf I used a Lipton Chicken flavored rice side. I also added a little white rice as well. I also used probably 2.5 cups water. Also, i added spices to the mix (Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper.....). All in all, this was DELICIOUS!
