I love to make cookies, brownies, muffins, angel food cake and everything sweet.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I live in Italy and i usually make homemade fettuccine, lasagna, pasta, risotto, roasted chicken and tiramisù.
My cooking triumphs
I was 21 yrs old and I cooked my first pasta with zucchini and shrimps for my boyfriend. Now I make this dish for my friends almost once a week.

A peanut butter bread... no comment...

Angel Food Cake III
I made this last monday and it was my first time with an angel food cake. I scaled the ingredients because i had only 8 whites left. It's a wonderful cake, better the next days for me. I'll try it again for sure. It's a good way to use egg whites. Tanks for the recipe.

Blueberry Oat Waffles
Great waffles. I left out pecans, added only 2 tbsp of oil an increase milk by 1 1/2 tbsp. Very tastefuls. thanks for sharing. Update... Once, I forgot to add sugar and now, I can say I prefer them without it. Oh, great with orange juice too instead lemon!!!

Oatmeal Waffles
They are the best waffles i've ever made. I used half whole wheat flour, sub vanilla for cinnamon and enjoied with cream cheese and blackberry syrup... great brunch... thanks for the recipe
