Baked Kale Chips

My 8 year old loved them. I called it old fashioned potato chips and she about ate them all. Make sure to lie the bunches flat and I placed on aluminum foil instead of parchment paper. Next time will buy 2 bunches.

Focaccia Bread

Really good and easy to make. Placed in my bread maker per manufacturer rec. and used the dough cycle. It came out perfect and then placed on cookie sheet. I sprinkled with garlic salt and cheese per recipe. I baked and sliced horizontally stuffed c chicken, peppers, provolone cheese then placed on george forman grill. Wonderful

Shepherd's Pie VI

It was OK but would be better if knew exactly how much salt to taste to add. I added some but apparently not enough. Also add salt to water when cooking carrots and potatoes - I forgt to do this. Everyone at the table went crazy with the salt shaker

Cream of Asparagus Soup I

Awesome recipe. I pureed all the soup but there was still very small bites of asparagus that made it perfect. The potatoes with it was wonderful and I used more than 1. My teenager took it to school the next day and my 6 year old took several bites but decided she didn't like it. Everyone else did and will make again. I might have to try growing some asparagus just for this recipe.

Pretty good looks like barbecue with beans and corn added. Very easy meal but not sure what to serve with it. Maybe Restuarant coleslaw from this site.

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

My teenager who usually hates steak loved it an ate 3 servings. Rub is rather spicey with so much pepper so cut it down to 2 tsp. We doubled the butter sauce cause everyone was fighting for more!

Grilled Salmon I

Cooked in oven in foil packet as suggested. Used no salt added lemon pepper. Was wonderful my teenageer loved it. Served with green peas, portobello mushroom brown rice mix and the restaurant style coleslaw 1 from this site

Hearty Ham Casserole

I pan fried the potatoes with the onions instead of boiling on the stove top. I mixed the milk together with the flour in a tupperware shaker/mixer container then added to the potato/onion mixture. In the casserole dish I placed the rest of the ingredients.I used the mexicorn mixture to give it color. I used velveta cheese in the casserole and hot pepperjack (4oz)on top. It was not spicy and Grandma/ 2 kids / Husband all loved it!
