Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burgers
I used fresh spinach instead of frozen (steamed to evaporate water), sheeps milk cheese and once ready, sprinkled steak rub on top and put a little light mayo. Delicious! I was wondering why no salt was used in the recipe, but cheese makes these burgers salty enough (extra salt would be an overkill). Will definitely make again!
