Sea Bass Cuban Style
I knew my family wouldn't like the olives so I left them out and changed the cilantro to parsley. Huge success!!

Mimi's Zucchini Pie
Everyone except my husband liked this alot. Easy to put together and veggies stay crisp.

Cheddar Baked Chicken
This was actually better when it sat in the fridge overnight and heated up as a leftover. The flavor went thru the chicken much more than the day I made it. Also, it was very tender and juicy.
