I am 29yrs old & the momma of 2 boys...Kyler is 7 & Issak is 5. They are my world! They are very challenging to cook for. My 5yr old eats great, almost anything where as my 7yr old is very picky (getting better)& changes his mind of what he likes or doesn't like constantly. For example what he likes today he may not like tomorrow & just a few monthes ago he discovered he liked ice cream because he finally let me put a spoon of it into his mouth without spitting it out or throwing up. Cooking is always a challenge. My husband isn't picky but isn't adventurest either. He usually will eat something even if he doesn't like it but will let me know that. On this site I usually look for recipes that I can use now or think that I will be able to introduce in the future. I haven't much time to cook so the easier & faster the better. I really enjoy baking and Italian dishes. I am good at those. I've been cooking the Italian dishes ever since I was a child. I am very picky & will never eat at an Italian Restaurant because I do not like it. Baking is just something I really like to do. I don't get to do it often, but I think it's fun and I'd love to do it more. Well- Italian dishes. In my opionion our homemade sauce is the best marinara sauce I've ever tasted. I've not really tried much out of my comfort level yet so since I play it safe I'd have to say none. I am however getting more bold & will in no time attempt something "crazy" & when I do I'll up date this. Hopefully it'll be a triumph. Again I play it safe a lot & make things I know I know how to make. Even still I have had my share of mishaps and even tragedies.
