Low Carb Cauliflower Leek Soup
Low Calorie Cauliflower Leek Apple Soup: Saute in medium saucepan - 1 sliced leek 1 peeled diced small Granny Smith apple some frozen cauliflower a few baby carrots grated ginger diced garlic black pepper paprika water to cover a teaspoon or so of Better than Bouillon Organic Vegetable broth, which comes in a jar Cook until tender, then use immersible blender

Spinach Pie
I just microwaved and squeezed some frozen spinach, added egg whites, paprika, and oregano, layered with cottage cheese and sprinkled with breadcrumbs before baking. It was great, and a little lemon would make it better.
