Ethiopian Cabbage Dish
Followed the recipe as is, except I cut down on the salt. Used red skin potatoes. Very tasty.

Lemon-Maple Butternut Squash
Easy to prepare and amazing taste. I am gonna have a hard time sharing this dish with others. I substituted honey for the maple syrup because I was out.
