Mom's Zucchini Bread
PERFECT! Look no further cause this recipe is IT. Followed the recipe as is, and it was moist and delicious. If you like, you can use more than 2 cups of grated zucchini, the bread won't turn green. Thanks v monte!

Pesto Chicken Florentine
Pretty darn tasty! The only thing I would change, as the others have already mentioned is maybe doubling the spinach since it cooks down so much as well as adding some seasoning to the chicken. I used homemade pesto, and a jar of Bertolli Alfredo sauce. I added some canned mushrooms and it turned out great. Will make again!
