Hubby made these. They were just like Red Lobsters. he tweaked the recipe a bit to get them how he wanted but they turned out great.

Made this WITH my class. The kids cut up the fruit and mixed everything together. They obliterated it. I will make this again when I have a get together...great during the summer!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

O M G. My husband makes this cornbread and its the best cornbread I have EVER eaten. Moist and cake like...super buttery. Do yourself a favor and make this!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Delicious. I tried it with the oreo crust and the graham crust from this site. I think the oreo crust is too strong and takes away from the peanut butter flavor. The graham was just perfect. Topped with whipped cream and put peanut butter cups and drizzled chocolate on top of that! This is my go to dessert.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

These are a pretty good base. I mix them by hand and add a lot of chocolate chips. I also add more peanut butter depending on how I feel. My husband is the peanut butter lover and he loves them with those additions. They would be lackluster without them...

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

This was pretty good. Rating recipe as is...I did alot to spruce it up which means this recipe isn't all that great. Im scared to know what it would take like without all the seasoning I added. After it was all said and done, my husband said it was good just needed some pepper.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These recipes is my new go to recipe for Pancakes. Easy and delicious. I added a dash of Vanilla Extract because...well...I just think its supposed to be in pancakes. My husband loves them...I have made them twice in one week already!

Cheesecake Bars

The are great as is...I prefer less filling. The cookie part was hard but it was a cookie after all. Would have preferred if it was more chewy. BUT it was still really tasty and different. **update** I had been dreaming about these and made them! I made graham cracker crust from this site and it was FAB. I also doubled the filling this go round. Was just like cheese cake...I never need to bother with the real thing again. Still 4 stars on this...I am just not impressed enough to give it five but i will make this again and again!

Tuna Noodle Casserole III

I didnt layer the ingredients I just threw it in a big bowl and mixed it all together. Then I pours half the mixture in a baking dish put some cheese on it and put remaining mixture on top. I didnt want it to be too cheesey so I didnt put any cheese on top. I have made this with just cheese slices and with the slices plus cheddar/monterey jack. It as better with the chese mixure. This was really good to my husband and I neither of us had ever tasted Tuna Cass before. It has become a staple in our monthly rotation!

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

I didnt love this cake but I got huge raves from my husband and friends who ate it. Followed directions as is but subbed more vanilla extract for the lemon as I didnt have any lemon. I will keep looking for a poundcake recipe I can feel confident in.

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

This was so good I tried to eat the whole pan myself! I sauteed the onion and threw in the shredded hash browns then mixed everything all together, poured it in the pan and baked it until it was crispy on top. Delish!
