Baked Ziti III
My husband's favorite meal in the whole world is Baked Ziti. After seeing this recipe featured, I decided to switch up the recipe I had been using. I will NEVER go back to the old recipe. I mix the sour cream and the pasta together before I start he layering process, this helps keep everything moist. I also choose to use roasted garlic red sauce. I love this recipe. Everyone should use it!!

Pasta Lasagna
I used a whole pound of ground beef. I should have added a little more sauce. But I also used 3 baby tomatoes and sliced them up and placed them on top like shown in the picture, but I put them all over the top (like a pizza)and sprinkled them with Herbs De Provence and a little sea salt...yummy! I also used low fat cheese and it still turned out great
