Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting

This is amazing frosting!! The perfect amount of chocolate and not overly sweet. I use it as a fudgy filling in some of my cakes.

Chocolate Scotcheroos

I LOVE these. My mom used to make them when I was young and I love making them now. They are very very sweet and you only need a small amount to satisfy that sugar craving.

Magic Cookie Bars II

I love these!! Very very sweet so a small piece will do. I usually use 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, omit the coconut and increase the choc. & butterscotch chips to 1 c. each.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

These are a great, basic PB cookie. I ended up refrigerating them overnight and didn't have any problems with them spreading too thin.

These turned out really good. I used a 9x13 pan and so had to cook them a few minutes longer. The whipped egg whites gave them a slightly lighter texture than most cheesecakes. Will definately make these again.

Raisin Buttermilk Coffee Cake

This was an amazing, moist coffee cake. I increased the amount of the topping and added some vanilla to the cake batter. The pan disappeared at work in a couple hours.

Lemon Cake

This was a very good (not great) recipe. I used a lemon cake mix like others had suggested and even replaced some of the water with lemon juice. This gave me a great lemon flavor. The cake was moist but the texture a little off for me, probably because its a "light" cake. Overall good.

Aunt Sally's Cocoa Drops

These were wonderful!! Kind of like very moist brownie cookies. I left out the walnuts and frosted with chocolate buttercream. Just watch them closely while cooking... one batch went for maybe a minute or two longer and they were very dry.

Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Fudge Icing

I would have given this 5 stars but I altered the recipe slightly. 3 TBSPs cocoa is not enough, I used almost 1/2 cup and it came out wonderfully. I made a layer cake and used the fudge frosting for between the layers and made a chocolate buttercream frosting for the rest. The cake was very moist and stayed that way for the couple days it lasted.

Fudgy Brownies I

This is a very good brownie!! Definately chewy and fudgy. I made them in a smaller pan for thicker brownies and added a cup of chocolate chips.

Lemon Pound Cake II

This was an extremely moist and easy cake to make. I added some lemon extract for extra flavor. Not as dense as a typical pound cake but wonderful anyway.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

The powdered oats gives these cookies an amazing texture. I usually replace the walnuts with toffee bits and these cookies disappear in no time!

Chocolate Revel Bars

Chewiest Brownies

These get a solid 4 stars, the results were worth 5 but that's after making some changes to the recipe. Like many others I decreased the cocoa to 3/4 c. and the sugar to 1 1/2 c. I also added a couple tablespoons of milk to make the batter easier to spread. Used a 9x9 pan and ended up with brownies that were crisp on the top and amazingly fudgy under that crust.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I have tried many oatmeal raisin cookie recipes and always come back to this one. I usually add a few more raisins and little extra cinnamon and it makes the best cookies ever.

Peanut Butter Brownies II

I was in a hurry so my review is only based on the peanut butter/cream cheese part of the recipe. I used a boxed brownie mix for the other portion. I wasn't sure about the pb/cream cheese combo when I tasted the dough but once cooked it is amazing!! This recipe is going to make me fat because I ate half the pan in one day!!

Yummy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

These are one of the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies I've had. I actually left out the cinnamon by accident and added extra chocolate chips. Very soft/chewy in the center. This recipe makes about 5 dozen cookies.

Blonde Brownies II

These are great. They have a crisp outer shell and a gooey center. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the salt, if you use a full tsp they are way too salty, I use 1/4 tsp and they turn out perfectly.
