Sweet and Sour Sauce I
I love this sauce - but have also altered it a little - along with using brown sugar, and increasing the ketchup, I also use 1/2 rice vinegar instead of all white vinegar, and I add garlic and ginger. - awesome!

Asian Coleslaw
This was excellent - Of the recipes that I was trying out for this meal, this was the one I was the least sure about, but it was awesome - I reduced the oild to 2T though, and added 1T sesame oil. I found without it the sauce was a little beat weak. If you had a gang that wasn't afraid of a little heat this slaw would be good with a little bit of chillis or hot pepper sauce. I also used packaged cabbage slaw mixture and broccoli slaw. It saved a lot of work and looked and tasted fabulous.

Chinese Fried Noodles
Great easy recipe that looks like you did something really special. - I pre fried the eggs, stir fried the veggies (I would recommend using way more veggies than the original recipe)and boiled the noodles the night before so the day I served it I just had to fry the noodles with the sesame oil and soy sauce and add everything else in - That way it was fresh but minimal work when company was coming. It got rave reviews from all of my guests.
