About this Cook
My grandfather was the head pastry chef for Waldorf Historia. He was french and made the best eclairs I have ever tasted. I have yet to find a cream that taste like his.
My favorite things to cook
Deserts.
My cooking triumphs
Pound Cake. Cheese Cake.
My cooking tragedies
I have a habit of working fast when I cook. Soooo, I made a bannana cake and forgot the flour. My wife laughs at me because sometimes when I am done and the product is in the oven, I find an egg or a stick of butter that I forgot to add.

Lobster Sauce for Mashed Potatoes
Excellent. I just couldnt afford the lobster so I bought 2 tails and subbed imitation meat for the rest. Used a 1/4 cup of cream as well. Family enjoyed it, the lobster/ was just right not to overpowering flavor.
