This was the first dessert to be finished at a recent cookout. I followed the suggestion about softening the graham crackers in milk before layering. Used French Vanilla pudding and, instead of frosting, I melted half a bag of chocolate chips (mixed w/ a tad of milk) and drizzled over the top. This made it more like an eclair. Perfect for family gatherings where everyone has their own idea of how sweet their iced tea should be. I make unsweetened tea and put the simple syrup on the table in a cream pitcher. Everyone's happy.

Took these to a party. The men loved them; the women not so much. I thought the mayo mixture was too salty. I did add some grated carrots and that was well received.
