About this Cook
I am a Certified Chef and work at the "The Mark" at Shilo Inn. I absolutely love what I do and wouldn't ever change a thing. I am one of a few Chefs there. We do a lot of Banquets, Buffets, Plated Dinners and Catering there. I love to cook anything at all since I love all food (for the most part anyhow). I'm STILL working on NOT cutting my fingers though, hahaha!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything and everything and trying out new recipes too. What I really love is to cook in mass quantities, like I do now. It's just the hubby and I at home so I enjoy it. Although at home I don't cook much; my husband does!

Mom's Sushi Rice
This is the EXACT way we made this in Culinary School - they must of gotten the recipe from your mom! Perfect!

Cube Steak Parmesan
Delish - although instead of all of the sauce ingredients I did 'cheat' and use pasta sauce (shhhh). The flour/saltine/parmesan cracker mix wasn't enough. I only made 2 cube steaks and it only covered that. For anyone that uses this recpie - please double the amount of flour and saltines/parmesan mixtures. Thanks for posting a delish recipe!

No-Fuss Meat Loaf
Ive been making it some what like this for years but the only thing I do different is instead of water I add about 1/3 cup of ketchup, add additional seasonings and omit the eggs. Primo meatloaf!!
