My Beautiful Orchid!!
Me and Missy Moo!!
About this Cook
I am a Culinary Arts student at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas. I absolutely LOVE to cook and try new recipes. I love to cook anything at all since I love all food (for the most part anyhow). I'm STILL working on NOT cutting my fingers, hahaha!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook pretty much anything but I really love my slow cooker. I would absolutely die without it. I like finding recipes online and "changing" it into Slow Cooker recipes. It is so worth it since I reside in Texas and it gets waaaaayyy too hot here to use the oven. Maybe I should change my name to "Crock Pot Junkie" What'cha think?!?

Cube Steak Parmesan
Delish - although instead of all of the sauce ingredients I did 'cheat' and use pasta sauce (shhhh). The flour/saltine/parmesan cracker mix wasn't enough. I only made 2 cube steaks and it only covered that. For anyone that uses this recpie - please double the amount of flour and saltines/parmesan mixtures. Thanks for posting a delish recipe!

No-Fuss Meat Loaf
Ive been making it some what like this for years but the only thing I do different is instead of water I add about 1/3 cup of ketchup, add additional seasonings and omit the eggs. Primo meatloaf!!

Sour Cream Enchiladas
So I made this last night and YUM!!!! Never, EVER liked enchiladas made like this but I LOVED this version! I used "fajita seasoning" when I cooked the chicken; I cooked some onions with it, added pepper jack for a 'kick', topped it with jarred jalapenos and HOLY MOLY - to die for! Thanks for posting and THANKS for making me love enchiladas this way!!!
