Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
YOU DO HAVE TO BROWN THE ONIONS!!! This is what gives depth to the soup. I also toast the bread before putting it in the soup. You put one toast at the bottom of the bowl, a little bit of cheese, the soup and the last toast with a lot of cheese on top and the you broil.

Drunk Chicken
The recipe in itself is very good but you should be careful with the can of beer. Make sure that the paint on the can doesn't peel because it does sometimes. I have bought a pan for this exact purpose with a place to put the beer or whatever liquid you want to use.

Szechwan Shrimp
It is one of the best chinese shrimp recipes I have made so far. So easy to make. We are used to eat pretty spicy food so for me it is not that spicy so I add a little more red pepper flakes or "sambal oelek". I will continue to make this recipe.
