White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
I loved this cookie, everyone that tried it asked me for the recipe. I did take the advice of another member and doubled everything except for the white chocolates and the macadamia.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
My entire family loved this pie. They even requested that I make it for Thanksgiving. I did not pre bake the pie crust and it still came out perfectly cooked. This pie tastes even better the next day.

Bacon and Tomato Cups
This is by far one of the easiest recipes I have made. Even my sister loved these little cups and she hates bacon. Much like me, those of you who dislike mayo BE WARNED. I added less than 1/4 cup of mayo and it was still very overpowering. I will make this over and over again but next time I will cut out the mayo. If anything I will add enough mayo to slightly coat the mixture but I will use very little of it.
