Tater Tot Casserole I
This came out well - fiancee liked it more than I did. I made it with the four eggs, but stuck to 2 cups of cheese. I think I next time I will mix up everything instead of layering, except for the tater tots.

Cheesy Vegetable Soup I
This recipe was pretty good, but not quite as tasty as I had hoped. I did make a few changes, however, based on my current kitchen stock. I used a little garlic instead of onion, and 1C heavy cream and 1C milk instead of 2C half-and-half. It was serviceable, and nice for lunch on a cold winter day. Do not forget the croutons though! The soup absolutely requires them, in my opinion!

Sausage Gravy III
This came out great! Very simple to make. I used turkey breakfast sausage. I also used about a cup of heavy cream that I had on hand from baking, along with three cups of skim milk - they balance each other out, right? =) After browning the sausage I added the butter and flour, no problems with clumping. Added the milk and kept it at a simmer for quite some time and let it get nice and thick. I used a fair amount of salt and pepper. Sooo good!
