Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

AMAZING taste!! I used a 9in. Spring-form pan and was wishing I doubled the recipe because it was a little.... flat. Next time I will double and make 4 layers instead of 2... this is a sure keeper!!! Super yummy and pretty fail proof if you bake in a water bath... it was my first time and it came out perfect!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I've read a few reviews on this about not being very sweet so I had the extra confectioners sugar on hand to add for sweetness. I have to say- I kept the recipe EXACT and this was amazing!! This is coming from someone who has a major sweet tooth!! I don't think it needed any more sugar!! This tastes amazing and everyone who ate it LOVED it!! It does taste like cheesecake :o) MMmmm!!

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Awesome! I made this exactly as stated but reserved some of the stuffing to sprinkle on top the last 5 minutes of cooking. It gave it a nice crunch on top! My husband who is repulsed by the word 'casserole' loved this!! Great dish to bring to a pot luck or make as comfort food! Thanks!

Sour Cream Apple Pie Deluxe

MMMmmmm!!! So good! I got a little nervous when pouring it into my crust because it was very 'soupy' but it baked perfectly! I even baked one, let it cool, and froze it. I just baked that one last night for company and it was just as delicious! Only thing I added was walnuts...something different! YUMMY! I will always make this recipe for apple pie!! Thanks Phebesue75!!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

Please look-up 'cook4mycrew's review with her additions! DELICIOUS!! I copied hers and they came out soooooo yummy! Just add 1 and 1/3 cup of quick oats and 2 tsp of vanilla, roll em in cinnamon & sugar and bake! MMmmmmm Snicker-doodle-like and perfect with your morning coffee or tea. I can't wait to try different variations!

Maple-Poppy Seed Dressing

I'm sorry, this just tasted like PURE mayo to me! I was so excited and even added the red food coloring to make it pink. When I tasted it- I gagged! I just kept adding more maple syrup, sugar,and vinegar but I couldn't cover up the mayo taste!! I made my husband taste it before I brought it to a party and he said to leave it home!! Sorry- not for us.

Artichoke Spinach Dip

Great base recipe! I used 1 container of sour cream and 1.5 pkg, of cream cheese. Plus sauteed garlic with the butter (Gives this the flavor that it desperately needs!) Got asked by at least 5 people for the recipe!!! Quick & easy app.

Best Baked Chicken

This was really good. My only issue with this was with the mixture that you dip it in before the 'breading' topping. Once baked, you couldn't taste anything other than the stuffing topping (which was great!) but I almost felt like what was underneath was a waste of time & ingredients. I may just do a simple egg wash next time. I also cut down the sodium intake. Thanks for a great new way to cook chicken- it was all in all yummy!!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I made this exactly as written and it was soooooooo AWESOME! I was nervous because I was serving this as a side dish but also had dinner rolls. I didn't want this to just come out like corn bread........... It didn't!!! This was soooo creamy and moist (really hard to explain) if you're debating on trying this one, do it! It's true- everyone will ask for the recipe!! New fam. fav.

Cream Puff Shells

AWESOME! Soooo easy! This was my 1st time making cream puffs and they came out great! I filled them with a sugar free chocolate mousse for my diabetic dad and he loved them!! Could totally be my oven but I only needed to bake mine for 20 minutes on 450 and they were done!! Thanks for the recipe!! :)

Key Lime Pie VII

Ok- I like *really* sweet things but this was sooooo sweet that when my guests took the first bite I could tell on all their faces that it was way too sweet. I followed the recipe exactly. I'm wondering if next time I will 1/2 the recipe and then fold in some cool whip to cut the richness.... Thanks for sharing though- the actual flavors were spot on I just need to figure out how to cut the sweetness.

Chocolate Ganache

Over 200 reviews and it has 5 stars... do I even need to say how fantastic this is?! :o) Don't be scared of 'ganache' it's soooooo easy and DELICIOUS! I will never go back to canned frosting! So versatile too- I always use this as a filling between layers of cake. YUMMmmm!!

Maple Apple Crisp

DELICIOUS! This didn't have an overwhelming maple taste, but enough to notice it was 'different'. We doubled the topping because to us, the crunchier the better ;) This was sooooo good with vanilla bean ice cream on top! MMMmmm!

Awesome Egg Rolls

I followed this recipe but used chopped mushrooms too and omitted the shrimp (personal preference). They were great!! We baked them at 425 for about 13 minutes instead of frying and they were great so I can't even imagine what they would've tasted like if they were fried (DRool!) Thanks for sharing!!
