Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

MMmm! I have to say though: This had me sooo nervous while I was whipping. I used an electric hand mixer and it literally took longer than 10 minutes for me to get it to a spreadable texture. I was worried that I had done something wrong, but just keep chugging along- it'll stiffen! And it's worth the time- it's delicious! Many compliments! I'm about to whip up a batch again in about 20 minutes for a friend's cake! This is THE recipe to use for cream cheese frosting!!

Crazy Cake

This was okay. I made this because I didn't have any eggs on hand and followed the recipe exactly with the exception of adding chocolate chunks to the batter. I sliced and drizzled with hot fudge and sprinkled with powdered sugar to mask the oily flavor that I think took over. Very moist though- probably due to all the oil.

No Bake Pumpkin Pie I

LOOOOOVED this recipe! I followed it exactly (with the exception of making my own crust) and it turned out delicious!! I love that it was a perfect-looking pie with no uneven cooking 'marks' and the taste was awesome! I will always make this in place of traditional pumpkin pie! All my guests asked and left with the recipe! MMmmm Make this! You won't be disappointed!

No Roll Pie Crust I

I used this with a peanut butter cream pie so I needed to pre-bake the crust first. It took a while in the oven (36min.!) but it was super easy and definitely served it's purpose!

Peanut Butter Balls II

The texture was spot on! I was looking for something other than rice crispies and the graham cracker crumbs were perfect! I'm giving this 4 stars because they were SOOOO SWWEEEEETTTT!! I love sweets and always joke that I was created without a "too sweet sensor" and this was one of the 1st times I thought I could barely eat one without rushing to the bathroom to brush my teeth after, lol. I will definitely make these again and at least 1/2 the amount of confectioners' sugar. EDIT!!!*~ Ok, so I take it all back! I tried these after chilling them for about 5 hours and they were YUMMY!! Maybe right away the ingredients haven't 'settled together'?! I dunno, but even though I want to cringe at the idea of adding 4 cups of confectioners' sugar, just do it! They're yummy!! :o)

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

SPOT ON! I made one loaf and approx. 14 muffins with this recipe. 1/2 the muffins I added vanilla, cinnamon, & nutmeg to just because I love those flavors with banana bread and they were SO GOOD but the ones I made following the recipe were just as great! Moist and delicious! This is now the ONLY banana bread recipe I will be using!! Thanks!!

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

The taste was okay after adding s&p and sautéing garlic but I was hoping for something more creamy. This was very thick! If that's what you're looking for- try this. If you want more of a dip- try another!

Banana Nut Frosting

I felt like it was very very sweet! 4 cups of confectioners' sugar was too much and even after cutting it down it was still very thick & sweet for me. I really wanted to like this one because it's so unique and the perfect filling for a monkey shaped cake I made for my son's b-day.

Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

I will NEVER EVER buy canned frosting again! Even in a pinch for time, this is still easy & simple to make! The sour cream makes this frosting sooo good! I would recommend this without hesitation!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Let me just preface this by saying I don't like chocolate cake. I needed something to make for company last night and chose this based on the 5 star rating and over 2,000 reviews. Well- turns out I LOOOVVVEEEEE chocolate cake! This was the most delicious, MOIST cake ever. My guests were 'Oooing and Awwing' at every bite! I followed directions/ingredients exactly and will be making this cake again and again!! MMmmm! 100 Stars!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Excellent! This was my 1st time making a cheesecake and it was fool-proof. I made mine in a 9.5 inch spring form pan and it was a little flat. Next time I will double the recipe and maybe do 4 layers. Mmmmm!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I've read a few reviews on this about not being very sweet so I had the extra confectioners sugar on hand to add for sweetness. I have to say- I kept the recipe EXACT and this was amazing!! This is coming from someone who has a major sweet tooth!! I don't think it needed any more sugar!! This tastes amazing and everyone who ate it LOVED it!! It does taste like cheesecake :o) MMmmm!!

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Awesome! I made this exactly as stated but reserved some of the stuffing to sprinkle on top the last 5 minutes of cooking. It gave it a nice crunch on top! My husband who is repulsed by the word 'casserole' loved this!! Great dish to bring to a pot luck or make as comfort food! Thanks!

Sour Cream Apple Pie Deluxe

MMMmmmm!!! So good! I got a little nervous when pouring it into my crust because it was very 'soupy' but it baked perfectly! I even baked one, let it cool, and froze it. I just baked that one last night for company and it was just as delicious! Only thing I added was walnuts...something different! YUMMY! I will always make this recipe for apple pie!! Cake Mix Cookies IV

Please look-up 'cook4mycrew's review with her additions! DELICIOUS!! I copied hers and they came out soooooo yummy! Just add 1 and 1/3 cup of quick oats and 2 tsp of vanilla, roll em in cinnamon & sugar and bake! MMmmmmm Snicker-doodle-like and perfect with your morning coffee or tea. I can't wait to try different variations!
