Fresh Ginger Cookies
Wow, yummy!!! The fresh ginger just makes it. These are great, crispy on the edges and soft in the center. I'll be making these for company this weekend! Thanks!

Basil Cream Chicken
Wow, yummy! My 20-month-old and 4-yr-old had a full plate of seconds. This is a favorite for us, thanks! I added 1 clove minced garlic and a splash of chardonnay I had on hand (hm, I always have it on hand). I think it would be excellent with or without the additions.

Couscous with Chickpeas and Carrots
Yes, add the Lipton Onion Soup mix... it will need it unless you're looking for something on the mild/bland side.
