Strawberry Pie II
Yummy! I was especially happy to find a recipe that shows how to make this without using a packet of strawberry jell-o! I didn't have so many strawberries so I only crushed 1 cup to add to the sugar, water mix and it still turned out really well and flavorful. Thank you!

Roasted Pork Loin
Pork Loin comes out wonderfully moist and flavorful. I prefer a more traditional flavor so I omitted the green peppers and added fresh rosemary. I did everything else just as written and it was delicious. I think it must be the celery that makes it turn out so moist and tender. Thank you very much!! I will make this again and again.
