This was great and super easy. Flour tortillas are fine but corn tortillas complement the flavor in the fish a little better.

What a great idea for tailgates. Just pack some english muffins, some cheese and some ham. You have excellent breakfast sandwiches to get you through those early morning pre-games.

These have been the hit of 2009! My fiance' makes them at least twice a month. Usually by request. She has tried a variety of combinations and they were all sinfully good, but I am still a fan of the yellow cake, chocolate frosting, chocolate coating. We have had some issues melting the almond bark but by adding a little hevy whipping cream she was able to make it much more manageable. Try them at your own risk they are addictive.
